12-hour shifts - 36-40 hours per week

More about our team
Wilson Immediate Care provides services for a wide variety of needs including care for sudden and ongoing illnesses minor acute injuries MRO services on-site X-Ray and lab services and more. Our physicians have a combined 80 years of experience and all are board certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
How youll contribute
A Licensed Practical Nurse who excels in this role is responsible for assisting the MD/NP in providing direct patient care including but not limited to:
- Obtaining/updating patients medical history vital signs height weight etc.
- Equipment preparation
- Scheduling of appointments and procedures ordered by the provider
- Obtains insurance pre-authorizations as required for testing and scheduling
- Provides direct patient care as delegated by the physician within the scope of practice
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner

What were looking for.
Applicants should have a current state LPN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
