Job Summary
Esplanade Lakewood Ranch is looking for a Part-Time Bartender to join our lively and dedicated Food & Beverage team! If you love crafting cocktails connecting with people and working in a beautiful and fun environment this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What Youll Do:
- Provide excellent service and create memorable bar experiences for members and guests
- Mix garnish and serve beverages to spec with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle transactions and operate POS system
- Contribute to a positive team culture and assist with opening/closing duties
What Were Looking For: - Must be available to work Tuesday nights this is a required shift
- Additional weekend shifts available (flexibility is a must!)
- Prior bartending experience strongly preferred
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
