IM TRANSCEND LOGISTICS - Production & IM Lead Process Integrations & Data

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an exceptional professional to join our ONE LOGISTICS organization as the LOGISTICS Production & IM Integrations Lead.
The candidate must reside near a Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical site globally.

As part of the Innovative Medicine Transcend Program you will help modernize and harmonize foundational maintenance and engineering CMMS processes and drive a single streamlined ERP landscapereducing seven systems to one and strengthening our future-ready digital backbone.

This role operates within the ONE LOGISTICS TEMPLATE Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

Template Ownership & Design

  • Own the design and development of the Global LOGISTICS Production & IM Integrations Template including SAP capabilities supporting production logistics warehouse processes and inventory management.

  • Ensure a standardized scalable and compliant template aligned with ONE LOGISTICS strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with JJT cross-functional teams and global/local business stakeholders to deliver a cohesive end-to-end logistics and integrations solution.

  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing warehouse Production Operations (POM) and Quality Management (QM) teams.

  • IM/WM integration stakeholders cross markets (IM MES eLIMS...)

Implementation & Deployment Support

  • Guide deployment teams to ensure consistent interpretation and adoption of the LOGISTICS template across regions and sites.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to resolve issues evaluate change requests and support readiness for go-live.

Process Excellence & Innovation

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency data integrity and user experience.

  • Champion best practices across production logistics inventory management and integration processes.

  • Ensure alignment with compliance regulatory and data governance standards.

Leadership & Governance

  • Lead workstream design activities within your scope and secure final approvals as required.

  • Partner with peers across LOGISTICS and the broader IM Transcend ecosystem to ensure unified delivery of program objectives.

  • Foster an inclusive collaborative and transparent working environment.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required; preferred fields include Engineering Supply Chain Management Information Technology or related disciplines.

Experience & Skills

Required

  • 810 years of relevant experience in production logistics warehouse operations or inventory management within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

  • Expertise in SAP S4 and/or ECC6 Inventory Management and Extended Warehouse Management.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse and production logistics best practices.

  • Demonstrated success implementing global process templates or large-scale system transformations.

  • Excellent communication influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities; able to make decisions under pressure.

  • Adaptability and comfort working in an evolving transformation program.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver against multiple deadlines.

  • Commitment to ethical decisionmaking transparency and inclusive leadership.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred

  • Experience in global or regional roles within large transformation programs.

  • Understanding of process flows across Plan Source Make Deliver Finance and Master Data.

  • Experience in R&D or Advanced Therapies production logistics environments.

  • Experience integrating with MES eLIMS WCS and labelling systems.

  • Material labelling experience.

  • Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet.
