Concierge Guest Service Assistant is responsible for keeping our office organized clean and to supply the office staff and visitors with refreshments helping us to make a great first impression for our customers

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities
The following reflects duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time for business reasons.

  • Sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors dusting counter-tops furniture and sanitizing bathrooms kitchens or other public areas.
  • Keeping adequate stocks of cleaning materials.
  • Keep the conference and training room always well cleaned and sanitized. -Ensure that visitors are adequately supplied with refreshments coffee and tea.
  • Ensuring adequate stock of drinks typically favored by the staff and guests.
  • Keeping any food trays and kitchen surfaces clean and in order at all times; clearing and collecting used cups washing or disposing those.
  • Throw away the office trash very day.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Be well presented and demonstrate professional standards at all times.
  • Communicate with visitors and staff in a friendly manner.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow health and safety standards
