Job Summary
CAPITAL is looking for a motivated Automotive Express Technician to join our growing Service Team.
If youre fast detail-driven and ready to build your career this is your this role youll perform high-quality maintenance services that keep our customers safely on the road while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a busy professional shop environment.
Whether youre sharpening your skills or working toward becoming a Master Technician were invested in your success.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes tire rotations filter replacements)
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify potential concerns
- Mount balance and rotate tires
- Replace air cabin and fuel filters per manufacturer guidelines
- Test and replace batteries
- Inspect and advise on brake services
- Maintain accurate service records
- Follow safety protocols and PPE standards
- Support team operations as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Technician experience (express / quick service preferred)
- Strong maintenance & tire service skills
- ASE certifications are a plus not required
- Efficient detail-oriented work style
- Team-first mindset
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to identify basic vehicle concerns
- Valid drivers license
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
