Business Development Manager B2B Data Solutions (UK Field Based)
Im partnering with a well-established high-growth UK data solutions provider as they expand their New Business team.
This is a true ๐ก๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ role for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on self-generating opportunities building pipeline and closing high-value deals across the corporate marketplace.
๐๐ก๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐:
Generate a minimum of 5 meetings per week through LinkedIn and outbound outreach
Identify and engage decision-makers responsible for data and marketing solutions
Sell high-value business data solutions (avg. order value circa 15k)
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Build and grow a portfolio of UK-based corporate clients
Develop account plans to drive retention and revenue growth
Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline reporting
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ:
Proven end-to-end B2B sales experience including self-generated appointments
Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Strong outbound prospecting and closing capability
Experience selling into companies with 20 employees and 5m turnover
Highly self-motivated autonomous and commercially driven

150k revenue in Year 1
๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
45k65k base 6k car allowance
12.5% commission on new business 5% on renewals
