YOUR MISSION:
Join us in disrupting the international energy and environmental trading market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work!
As a Product Manager you will own the feature life cycle from scoping to post-launch. Through strong internal collaboration youll drive the development of key platform features to ensure they address the needs of our customers in the energy sector. Youll play a vital role in refining our strategic product roadmap through validating customer pain points and delivering impactful solutions. You will work with an established product and a highly collaborative team gaining hands-on experience in digital product development while helping to shape the future of energy trading.
RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOULL DO:
- Take ownership of the entire product life cycle from scoping to ideation execution and post-launch
- Ensure product-market fit by deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions before development.
- Leverage AI and data-driven decision-making to refine and prioritise product development.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams (commercial engineering and design) to shape and refine product ideas.
- Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Support the go-to-market strategy by ensuring a seamless handover from development to commercial teams.
- Apply best practices in product management to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Deliver product features within the committed time budget and quality.
YOUR PROFILE / WHO YOU ARE:
- 5 years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of understanding customer needs participating in the product development lifecycle and contributing to bringing products to market.
- Significant professional experience in Energy Trading Renewable Energy Sector or Financial Trading. A strong understanding of trading processes is essential.
- Degree in Business Informatics Computer Science Business or a related field. You have profound knowledge of PM tools (e.g. Jira) a data-driven approach to decision-making and an interest in integrating AI/ML solutions into the product roadmap.
- Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills; experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and translating business goals into technical requirements.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive results-driven approach.
- Fluent in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
