Essential Responsibilities

Support Receiving / Warehousing Team in daily Dock to Stock Processing.

Accurately receive verify process and receipt goods to the business system

Process inspection results in line with Quality database

Inspect product for: FOD Corrosion Burrs Paint Chips Scratches & visible contamination as per drawing requirements

Collaborate with Engineering / Supplier Quality / Sourcing

Control material and documents in accordance with business Quality Procedures

Review areas of perceived risk based on experience and non-conformance history

Report and process any non-conforming parts in line with Quality procedures

Qualifications / Requirements

Experience of inspecting Supplied Parts through a Quality Inspection tool.

Ideally apprentice-trained in a mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent

Experience in mechanical measuring and verification to drawings

Experience in visual inspection of circuit boards and electronic components

CMM use or alternative automated measuring applications

Working knowledge of material handling requirements eg. ESD HazMat MSD

Good attention to detail

A flexible and adaptable to business requirements

Appreciation of health and safety practice in the workplace

PC literate - experienced in using various systems

Confident in liaising with various key stakeholders (internal and external)
