Your mission
- You leadthe recruiting team and the HR administration team with clarity collaboration and a focus on results.
- You overseepayroll coordination ensure accuracy in time tracking andmaintainall personnel records with compliance and precision.
- You drivecontinuous process analysis and optimization especially in the digitalization and modernization of HR services.
- You adviseon complex tax and social security matters offering reliable guidance.
- You enabletimelyhiring by ensuring efficient recruiting processes and by managing recruiting budgets responsibly.
- You coordinateeffectively with external consultants and legal advisors whenever specialized expertise isrequired.
- You lead audit preparations and manage all HRrelated reporting for both recruiting and administration.
Your profile
- You bringa completed education or studies in HR (*inPersonalkaufmann/-frau or similar).
- You offerdeep HRexpertiseacross labor law personnel administration recruiting and HR systems.
- You masterpersonnel administration end-to-end including contracts references master data and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- You understandpayroll processes and interfaces thoroughly and know how to collaborate effectively with payroll functions.
- You havesolid recruiting experience from interview techniques to active sourcing and modern talent acquisition methods.
- You workconfidently with HR systems (ideallyPersonio) anddemonstratestrong leadership abilities focused on coaching development and team management.
- You communicate fluently in German and English and combine excellent stakeholder management with a service-oriented structured analytical and hands-on working style.
