What you will do at Signaturit
We are looking for a PreSales Manager with a strong commercial and customer focus who will lead the pre-sales process drive the acquisition of new clients and contribute to the optimization of the value proposition for current clients also coordinating a small sales team.
Your main responsabilities are:
Client Portfolio Expansion & Business Development :
Analyze and prioritize leads to optimize commercial outreach.
Contact potential clients by phone effectively presenting and positioning the platform.
Provide key product information and deliver tailored online demonstrations.
Manage inquiries objections and prospect needs throughout the pre sales cycle.
Prepare economic proposals and quotations ensuring all required information is provided.
Conduct follow up actions and contribute to commercial closures driving new business opportunities
Product Optimization & Existing Client Management
Review and maintain an up to date client portfolio.
Anticipate needs and identify improvement opportunities by maintaining close ongoing communication.
Analyze contracted services and propose enhancements or extensions aligned with client objectives.
Prepare quotations and documentation for renewals or service upgrades.
Monitor client evolution and ensure a consistent and satisfactory experience.
Documentation Management & Internal Coordination
Prepare budgets and commercial documentation for each client.
Keep databases and corporate tools (CRM) consistently updated.
Coordinate regularly with internal departments (technical operations administration etc.) to ensure aligned and efficient documentation management.
Integrated Management System Compliance
Understand and comply with the companys Quality and Information Security Policies aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and the National Security Framework as well as Service and Business Continuity policies.
Apply and promote the companys Environmental Policy guidelines.
Ensure adherence to Quality Environmental and Information Security policies within your area of responsibility.
If part of the Management System Committee and/or Trust Services Committee assume assigned roles and responsibilities.
Commercial Leadership & Team Coordination
Provide coordination and support to a small commercial team.
Track objectives and support commercial decision making.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
Strong understanding of sales department operations and management of monthly quarterly and annual targets.
Experience in lead identification and management economic proposal preparation and commercial execution.
Proficiency with work tools: email CRM systems Jira Cloud Excel / Google Sheets and internal platforms.
Decision-making ability and experience in team management.
Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
Clear structured and professional communication skills both internal and external. English proficiency is a plus.
High capacity for organization planning and priority management.
Proactive autonomous and self driven profile.
