What you will do at Signaturit
As an HR Ops your responsibilities will include:
Payroll Management: Monthly report generation with payroll changes (garnishments salary modifications bonuses...) communication of changes to the agency receipt and review of payrolls coordination with the finance team for the payment date uploading pay slips to our HRIS. Will be responsible for payroll digitalization project in Spain.
HRIS full cycle management (Lucca)
Social Benefits: Data collection and proposals for the implementation of new social benefits resolution of doubts contact with suppliers to resolve cases and negotiation of annual prices.
Occupational Risk Prevention: responisble for the entire process together with the collaboration with the external prevention service regarding necessary documentation evaluations among others.
Equality Plan: Analysis and diagnosis of workforce drafting of the equality plan submission and correction of documentation together with the team
Events coordination: this person shall contribute on the planning and organization of elebrations and all other social events planned for Valencia office.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
You have at least 4 years of experience as an HR Ops or a similar role.
Key Skills:
Payrolls management
Solid knowledge of the Spanish Law
Advanced Excel skills
Planning and Organization
Oral/written communication skills in both Spanish and English. French is a plus.
Confidentiality and discretion
Experience with the following digital tools such as HRIS/ Lucca/ Payroll: Deel.
