Fullstack Developer (Frontend & UXUI focused) to Mercuri Urval

About the role

As fullstack developer you will play a central part in shaping how Mercuri Urvals digital systems look feel and perform. You will be the go-to person for frontend and UX/UI and as part of a small collaborative team you will have real influence over technical decisions product direction and the end-to-end development of key systems.

You will:

• Design develop and enhance user-friendly robust web applications

• Lead frontend and UX/UI development across critical business core systems

• Take technical responsibility throughout the entire lifecycle: from idea to design development testing release and maintenance

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into sustainable solutions

• Contribute to architecture decisions technical standards and code quality

About you

You have:

• Several years of experience in frontend development: HTML CSS JavaScript Blazor

• Several years of experience in backend development: .NET C# SQL Server REST APIs

• Solid understanding of software architecture responsive design accessibility and UX/UI principles

• Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Swedish is an advantage

It is a plus if you have experience with DevOps practices creating wireframes prototypes and user flows developing software for regulated or high-compliance industries such as finance healthcare or government and if you have an understanding of organizational business processes particularly sales processes (CRM) or recruitment and people management (HR systems).
