As fullstack developer you will play a central part in shaping how Mercuri Urvals digital systems look feel and perform. You will be the go-to person for frontend and UX/UI and as part of a small collaborative team you will have real influence over technical decisions product direction and the end-to-end development of key systems.
You will:
Design develop and enhance user-friendly robust web applications
Lead frontend and UX/UI development across critical business core systems
Take technical responsibility throughout the entire lifecycle: from idea to design development testing release and maintenance
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into sustainable solutions
Contribute to architecture decisions technical standards and code quality

You have:
Several years of experience in frontend development: HTML CSS JavaScript Blazor
Several years of experience in backend development: .NET C# SQL Server REST APIs
Solid understanding of software architecture responsive design accessibility and UX/UI principles
Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
Fluency in English (spoken and written); Swedish is an advantage
It is a plus if you have experience with DevOps practices creating wireframes prototypes and user flows developing software for regulated or high-compliance industries such as finance healthcare or government and if you have an understanding of organizational business processes particularly sales processes (CRM) or recruitment and people management (HR systems).
