About the role

A Technical Analyst translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role includes capturing client needs designing end-to-end solution flows performing system integration analysis defining API and microservices architectures leading technical workshops and documenting detailed specifications in Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

As a part of your job you will:

Capture and understand the requirements to implement the clients needs.

Design E2E solution flow and guarantee it captures all the scope.

Perform the system integration analysis of the impacted solutions (Design optimized integration flows through the identification analysis design and orchestration APIs) while following the best practices and standards of the industry (e.g.: TMF open APIs).

Microservices design.

Conduct technical workshops and present technical solutions.

Specify the technical analysis in the Low-Level Design document.

Experience applying Agile or Scrum practices within delivery teams.

What are we looking for

3 years of experience as technical analyst.

Experience in conducting technical workshops presenting technical solutions.

Experience in digital transformation projects.

Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Ability to design and adapt data models.

Experience with End-to-End solution design.

Experience in System Integration analysis.

Experience in Microservices analysis (design is a plus).

Nice to have:

Experience in Telecommunication or FSI business projects.

Experience with TMForum Open APIs.

Knowledge of Architecture best practices and design patterns.

Design Solution Architecture diagrams.

Personal traits

• Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients;

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;

• Willingness to collaborate with other players;

• Strong communication skills.
