We are seeking reliable and hardworking Janitorial Technicians to join our team servicing a local school district in West Grove PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady evening hours in a structured team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
Janitorial Technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean safe and healthy environment for students staff and visitors. Evening shifts focus on detailed cleaning and preparing the building for the next school day.
Responsibilities
- Empty and remove heavy trash bags from classrooms and common areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors
- Wipe down desks high-touch surfaces and fixtures
- Refill paper and soap dispensers
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
- Lock up and secure assigned areas as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trash bags
- Ability to stand bend and move for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Must pass:
- PA State Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- (FBI fingerprinting may be required if applicable)
