Pay:$2382.84/week(plus $2500 completion bonus per contract up to $7500 after three contracts)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced emergency department team. This role involves providing immediate and critical care to patients experiencing urgent and life-threatening conditions. The RN will perform rapid assessments deliver emergency interventions and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions.
- Administer medications IV fluids and emergency treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and emergency interventions (e.g. CPR intubation).
- Monitor vital signs and patient status responding promptly to changes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
- Licensure: Current RN license in State.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of emergency or critical care experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and trauma care.
