The Aboriginal Communities Water and Sewerage Program (ACWSP) is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Project Officer ACWSP Engineer in a temporary opportunity to 31 March 2026.
The Water Group leads the NSW Government in providing confidence to communities and stakeholders with the transparent stewardship of water resources provision of services and reforms that support sustainable and healthy environments economies and societies across NSW.
About You
The Senior Project Officer ACWSP Engineer provide technical and project management support on the Aboriginal Communities Water and Sewerage Program (ACWSP). Working closely with the ACWSP Manager and Senior Project Officer (Operations) the role is required to co-ordinate implementation of the ACWSP Infrastructure works program to 2033 as identified in the ACWSP Asset Management Plan 2022.
The role will liaise with service providers (Local Water Utilities and Private Contractors) and Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALCs) to design and manage the infrastructure upgrade program.
