Job Summary
Overview
QuarterLine (QL) a Planned Systems International (PSI) company is seeking a dedicated General Office Clerk to support the Regional Dental Laboratory at the Branch Health Clinic Norfolk VA.
- Duty Location: Branch Health Clinic Norfolk Norfolk VA Telework allowed.
- Duty Hours: Monday through Thursday between the hours offor a 9-hour shift to include an uncompensated 30-minute meal break; Friday between the hours offor a 6.5-hour shift to include and uncompensated 30-minute meal break. Total work hours shall not exceed 40 hours per week.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
- Greetscustomers/visitors at a front desk information center or other officesetting.
- Answersmainoffice phone line.Directstelephone calls to appropriatesectionforassistance.
- Enter data from various sources (reports equipment displays printouts forms etc.) into theappropriate computersystem. Print reports at a required interval as directed by staff.
- Files retrieves and collates documentation as requested by staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree/Education: High School degree / GED
- Knowledgeof andfamiliarity with various Microsoft Office programsto includeWord Excel Power PointOutlookand Access.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in organizing andmaintainingfiles.
- Must have the ability to learn new systems and programs.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly display tact and diplomacy while dealing with others.
