• Provide production teams and supervisors with clear leadership coaching and feedback that supports daily operations long-term goals and development opportunities
• Conductregularwalk-throughswith a focus on safety quality and efficiency;make real-time decisions to ensure continuous product flow
• Prepare staffing schedules employee development plans training materials standard operating procedures and reportsregardingattendance production safety and quality
• Monitor operational performance results conduct root-cause analysis for performance misses develop corrective action plans and guide supervisors on improvementstosupport continuous progress toward key metrics
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives Kaizen events and waste reduction projects to enforce standard work5S and process discipline
• Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with safety requirementsmaintainingOSHA incident rate leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
• Partner with maintenance to prioritize work orders by operational impact and ensure equipment abnormalities are logged and addressed

• 5 years of manufacturing operations or production management experience
• 2 years of leadership and team supervision experience
• Strong understanding of flow principles throughput optimization and production scheduling
• Strong communicationand conflict resolution skills
• Proficiencyin basic computer systems (Excel ERP production reporting tools)

• Experience in high-mix or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Lean/Continuous Improvement background (5S Kaizen Standard Work Visual Management)
• Experience working with maintenance and reliability programs
