Job Summary
MalaceHR is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and lead a team of maintenance associates on a college campus. This role is responsible for ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership training scheduling and performance oversight to support operational excellence.
Schedule
Full-time; Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Additional scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications
Prior maintenance experience required
Previous lead or supervisory experience required
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate the activities of maintenance associates during assigned shifts
Ensure all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks are completed to company standards
Develop work schedules and provide hands-on training to team members
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching recognition and corrective action as needed
Prepare operational and performance reports for management
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions concerns and time-off requests
Mentor team members and support employee development and advancement
Perform additional duties as assigned
