ThePurposeof Your Role
The Account Management team accuratelymaintainsnew and existing brokerage accounts and all related features for the National Financial business unit.Representatives use multiple systemsto analyze account applicationsand maintenance forms accurately and action them expeditiously.

Analyzing account applications and maintenance formsin order toapprove new accounts and features
Demonstrating high attention to detail in reviewing new account and maintenance items
Prioritizing and managing escalations/exceptions that are received from NF Client Managers and the teams US business partners
Managing and reviewing documented client exception lists to ensure client-specific needs are met
Participating in various projects and process improvement initiatives focused on improving the existing workflow qualityefficiencyand policy & procedures
Recommending methods to ensure consistency and streamline procedures
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
