About the role and what youll be doing:
We are seeking an experienced results-driven Senior Director of Sales to lead our sales organization focused on driving strategic growth client satisfaction and long-term this role you will own executive-level client relationships leverage company-wide resources to address client needs and ensure world-class delivery and customer service. Your goal is to make our clients successful and committed to Ensono for life through a trusted advisor relationship.
You will be a strategic thinker and self-starter focused on creating solutions and solving business problems with a consultative sales approach. You must operate with agility drawing on both proven experience and innovative approaches in a fast-moving market.
As a key leader in the Ensono Sales team you will ensure proper execution throughout the lifecycle of a deal establishing sound relationships with internal stakeholders and client executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and drive executive client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on the alignment of client business needs to Ensono and partner products and services.
Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in client organizations; grow revenue and drive new opportunities for Ensonos end-to-end portfolio.
Lead proposal development negotiation and commercial terms for all deals. Regularly monitor sales trends and market dynamics incorporating insights into account strategy and planning.
Partner in a cross-functional model with Enterprise Architecture Teams Client Success Managers Operational & Delivery teams to provide domain expertise and represent Ensono.
Communicate information effectively to diverse audiences internal and external recognizing business and product terms and value.
Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and participate in their strategic planning.
Challenge current thinking assumptions and status quo to drive results and innovation.
Recruit mentor and grow the sales team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Required Qualifications
Senior-level sales leadership experience including management of high-performing teams.
Demonstrable experience in consultative sales preferably in technology/managed service solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in previous roles.
Significant experience in managing reporting and accurately forecasting sales pipelines.
Experience in managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
Proven success in managing clients with multiple lines of business.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
Experience with managed services hosting mainframe security and outsourcing.
Broad relationship development and networking experience.
Ability to cultivate and strengthen strong client relationships with senior business and IT staff.
Ability to technically consult with C-level executives within client environments.
Ability to articulate technology and product positioning from a business perspective.
Organized analytical creative and adaptive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree is a plus

As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $185000 to $293000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills experience internal equity and business addition to base salary other compensation programs depending on eligibility include a role-based sales-incentive plan and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
