Project Management Officer

Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Project Management Officer to support the planning monitoring and governance of projects delivered in an Agile environment. The Project Management Officer contributes to consistent processes reliable data and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Maintain and update project and milestone plans aligned with Agile delivery cycles.
Track project performance including status scope budget quality and risks.
Support resource and capacity planning ensuring alignment between demand and team availability.
Prepare standard and ad hoc project reports dashboards and executive summaries.
Ensure project documentation is complete and governance processes are respected.
Organize meetings prepare agendas and capture key decisions and action items.
Contribute to steerco and big room materials including KPI tracking and presentation slides.
Support the use and continuous improvement of organizational project management tools and practices.
Maintain collaboration platforms including MS Teams and manage data access for project teams.
Track and consolidate project hours and performance indicators.
Work with tools such as Jira Confluence and ServiceNow where applicable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least 3 years of experience in a PMO or project support role.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project governance practices.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
