Our Client is a leading Real Estate provider in Nigeria. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales / Marketter to promote and sell our housing solutions to clients achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Tasks
- Promote and sell the business solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
- Attend periodic meetings as required
Requirements
- 25 years experience in marketing or sales (preferably in Real Estate advertising media or agency environment)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience managing client accounts and closing deals
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of advertising and media services
- Proposal writing and presentation skillsCRM software
- proficiencyMarket research and competitor analysisBasic
