Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Revit Drafter with 5 years of professional experience in commercial industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintaining and coordinating detailed BIM models and construction documents while collaborating closely with architects engineers and project managers.
This is a Revit focused role. Please only apply if you have recent revit experience and live within a commutable distance to Longwood FL
This role is fully onsite in Longwood FL
Salary: $30-37/hour

Responsibilities:
- Develop update and maintain accurate Revit models for architectural structural and/or MEP systems
- Produce high-quality construction documents shop drawings and permit sets
- Coordinate models with internal teams and external consultants to resolve clashes and design conflicts
- Review drawings for accuracy constructability and code compliance
- Support BIM execution plans and project workflows
- Assist with model setup worksharing and cloud collaboration platforms
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
Requirements:
- 5 years revit experience
- Architectural drafting experience in a commercial environment
$30 - $37 an hour
