Theyre looking for a Change Manager with insurance industry experience. Youll design and deliver structured change strategies that enable smooth implementation of transformation initiatives ensuring people processes and systems align to achieve defined business outcomes.

Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end change approach for transformation initiatives ensuring adoption across impacted teams
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communications keeping senior leaders aligned and driving buy-in
- Deliver change readiness impact assessments and adoption plans (including training and resistance management)
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- 5 years experience in change management ideally gained within a consulting environment
