Position Summary


You will lead the engineering function at our Singapore site delivering safe reliable and compliant operations. You will shape the site engineering strategy lead engineering teams and drive performance in maintenance projects and asset management. Responsibilities


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop and deliver the site engineering strategy to meet safety quality sustainability and business goals.

  • Lead multi-disciplined engineering teams across maintenance utilities projects and reliability.

  • Oversee the site master plan capital investment planning and lifecycle management of facilities and equipment.

  • Ensure engineering standards regulatory requirements and safety expectations are met and embedded.

  • Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability maintenance efficiency and cost performance.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with operations quality EHS finance suppliers and local authorities.


Why You


Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years relevant engineering experience in manufacturing or process industries.

  • At least 5 years experience in engineering leadership or management roles.

  • Proven experience in maintenance capital projects and asset management.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements in a highly regulated environment.

  • This role is site based in Singapore and requires regular on-site presence.


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus

  • Experience in pharmaceutical biologics vaccines or similar highly regulated manufacturing.

  • Experience leading multi-disciplined teams and developing engineering capability.

  • Practical experience with reliability-centred maintenance predictive methods or TPM.

  • Project management qualification or demonstrable project delivery track record.

  • Experience developing and managing engineering budgets and investment plans.

  • Chartered engineer status or relevant professional accreditation.
