One of our manufacturing clients is looking for Automation Technician at Milwaukee WI location for their facility
Shift : 12 hour rotating shift
Responsibilities:

Install maintain and troubleshoot automated production equipment robotics and control systems
-
Diagnose and repair issues related to PLCs HMIs sensors drives and servo systems
-
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on automated machinery
-
Modify and optimize PLC programs and automation controls as required
-
Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical documentation
-
Support equipment start-ups commissioning and process improvements
-
Conduct preventive maintenance on automation and control systems
-
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve system reliability and uptime
Qualifications:
-
Associates degree or technical certification in Automation Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Technology or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
-
Minimum 5 years of experience required working with PLC programming and industrial robotics systems
-
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems control panels HMIs VFDs and servo drives
-
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical documentation
-
Proven ability to troubleshoot automated production equipment and perform root cause analysis
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
