Job Summary

Developer

Location: Cleveland OH. 44113

Duration: 6 Months w/possible of extension

Requirement # 57075-1

(USC/GC Holder only) - Due to the nature of the work client is looking for USC/GC candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

Develop test and maintain PL/SQL packages procedures functions triggers and scripts.
Design and optimize complex SQL queries improving data retrieval and processing performance.
Perform database performance tuning including query optimization and indexing.
Work closely with application development teams to integrate PL/SQL modules with applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.
Create and maintain database objects such as tables views indexes synonyms and materialized views.
Debug troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database performance and PL/SQL code.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using PL/SQL and Oracle tools.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance with organizational standards.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in database development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL (Packages Procedures Functions Triggers).

Excellent understanding of RDBMS concepts especially Oracle Database.
Solid experience in writing optimized SQL queries.
Knowledge of performance tuning techniques (execution plans hints indexing).
Experience with Oracle tools such as SQL Developer TOAD or similar tools.
Familiarity with data modeling and relational schema design.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or Waterfall environments
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
