Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Cath Lab II to lead clinical operations across multiple locations. This role oversees patient care delivery clinical staff supervision resource utilization and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with physicians and clinical teams to ensure safe high-quality care while maintaining operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Active Oregon RN license (required at hire)
Cath Lab (Cardiac Catheterization Lab) experience required
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 5 years of patient care experience
Minimum 4 years in a leadership role
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire

Preferred Qualifications

PALS certification (AHA)
ANCC certification in related specialty
