Position Summary

Seeking a Customer Strategy & Success Analyst (Contract) to support adoption insights performance reporting and strategic planning for our International Enterprise Creative & Productivity business across EMEA APAC and Japan. Based in our Noida office this role will work tightly with the CSS Senior leadership team and regional operations leaders to deliver actionable insights track progress against goals and support data-driven decisions related to enterprise customer coverage and engagement models across international regions.

This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career analyst who is comfortable working with data building executive-ready reporting and partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

Executive Reporting & Dashboarding
- Design automate and deliver weekly and monthly enterprise adoption & engagement tracking reports and strategic priorities for CSS senior leadership.
- Build scalable reporting frameworks that replace manual workflows and improve speed accuracy and reliability.
- Develop interactive dashboards with drill-down capabilities and embedded insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Translate business objectives into clearly defined KPIs performance metrics and structured reporting models.
- Leverage advanced Excel and Power BI (Power Query DAX data modelling pivot tables) to create scalable insight-driven reporting solutions

Leadership Insights:
- Analyse enterprise customer adoption and engagement data across the Enterprise Creative & Productivity solutions in EMEA APAC and Japan to identify trends risks and growth opportunities.
- Deliver deep analytical insights and actionable recommendations beyond standard reporting.
- Present complex data in a clear concise and executive-ready format for senior leadership.

Data Governance & Integrity
- Own data accuracy consistency and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Implement validation checks reconciliation logic and quality controls to ensure reporting reliability.
- Continuously enhance reporting standards documentation and governance practices.
Strategic Partnership:
- Support strategic initiatives related to enterprise customer coverage and engagement models by analysing customer segmentation account distribution and workload patterns across international markets.
- Executive Partnership: Work closely with the CSS senior leadership team to support data-driven decision-making and prepare insights for leadership reviews and business updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional operations and cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA APAC and Japan to support customer strategy initiatives and operational planning.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in business Analytics Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 2 4 years of experience in a data analyst business analyst customer operations or similar analytical role within SaaS industry.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel capabilities including complex formulae pivot tables Power Query; VBA skills are considered an asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI including DAX Power Query data modelling and performance optimisation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Communication & Ways of working:

Ability to translate data into clear actionable insights for senior non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a global matrixed organization and managing weekly reporting cycles across multiple time zones.
