Banca Direct Channel The objective of this channel is to enable setup a new revenue generating
stream of business through focused outbound reach out/ calling & meeting existing customer base of
Bank of Baroda. Focus would be on Servicing the customers to generate opportunity for Cross -Sell of
Insurance & generated references from them for further enhance the opportunity for Business. Role of
the RBH would be to drive revenue growth through effective cross selling strategies within our
insurance portfolio & to generate references through Team.
Key areas of business management shall include: -
1. Set up a new outbound channel for customer engagement and business generation/ cross sell
2. Generate References from existing customers for further Business Enhancement.
Strategy Development & Implementation:
Develop & implement comprehensive outbound digital sales strategies
Design and execute comprehensive cross sell strategies to maximize product attachment rates across our
insurance offerings
Develop innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth through
cross selling
Business Management:
Lead the overall cross sell business development including client and product strategy
Manage the overall cross sell P&L/ financial targets
Drive profitability both at customer and business level
Product & Market Insights:
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities
Work with Product teams and actuarial to devise product level cross sell strategies/ propositions
Familiar with CRM software and tools for business process control and management
Data Analysis & Insights:
Leverage customer data and market insights to inform cross sell strategies
Implement data driven decision making process to identify and capitalize on cross sell opportunities
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that the cross-sell framework and business model design complies to the regulations as laid down
by regulatory bodies & internal bboard policies
Collaborate with risk management teams to undertake proactive risk assessments and derive risk
mitigation
