Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end delivery of technical projects involving residential entertainment services home service applications and connected home devices (e.g. gateways extenders home monitoring hardware).
Oversee validation integration testing and deployment of new residential technologies across network device and application environments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering QA operations product and business groups.
Support operational functions including incident change release and problem management.
Develop and maintain service performance KPIs dashboards and monitoring tools to improve reliability.
Communicate project status risks and mitigation plans clearly and proactively.
Ensure smooth operational readiness and lifecycle support for residential services and applications.
Business Impact
Enables launch of new residential technologies and services.
Reduces customer impacting issues by identifying defects early.
Minimizes service disruptions that could affect customer experience and revenue.
Supports reliability of residential applications network services and frontline support tools.

Required Skills
Experience managing technical projects involving software device integration or residential network services.
Understanding of residential service ecosystems (entertainment home service applications connected home devices).
Knowledge of operational support processes (incident/change/release/problem management).
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. JIRA MS Project Confluence).
