Traditional: Data Skillsets this person needs to be strong in:
- TSQL/MSSQL and understands star schema concepts
- SSRS
- SSIS
- ETL pipelining
Programming experience in either:
- C#
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience with legacy/mainframe technology
