Job Description Summary
What Youll Do:
Could include the following:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information for special projects or initiatives.
- Forecasting
- Support the forecasting process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
- Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Data Entry and Management
- Input financial data into accounting systems maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- Processing invoices tracking payments to suppliers or from customers
- Accounting and Compliance
- Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and preparing reconciliations.
- Attend Meetings as required or assigned.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
What Were Looking For:
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer.
- Strong analytical skills
Education Certification/License & Work Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance Accounting or a related field at an accredited university
- Graduate students or undergraduate students who have completed at least 3 full years of undergraduate course work preferred

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
Base: $21.00 - $25.00 hourly based on specific compensable factors including but not limited to education work experience and geographic market.
