Worlds Client Advisors bring risk management solutions to businesses and primary focus is identifying prospecting cultivating and closing new commercial clients (small medium large) leveraging Worlds unique niche. While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions you also are empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance employee benefits 401(k) and related retirement solutions and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of insurance solutions to new and existing clients throughout the Florida region
- Lead the Florida Market team of revenue producing Client Advisors and local customer service colleagues to grow the business by delighting our clients
- Work with Worlds leadership team to continuously grow and develop our offerings to new and existing clients in the region - Foster a culture of continuousimprovement and innovation
- Identify prospect and cultivate new business with a focus on commercial accounts
- Utilize Worlds broad platform to bring risk management solutions toindividuals and business owners. At World you will have access to resources to help any client solve any challenge including traditional commercial lines insurance high net worth / private client employee benefits human capital and payroll outsourcing and retirement financial services.
Qualifications- Minimum 10 years industry experience in risk management and insurance brokerage underwriting and carrier relationship management role; or in combination
- Lead through empowerment engagement collaboration feedback and buy-in from others
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders Division Leaders Division Growth & Service Leaders to ensure Broking objectives are in accordance with World corporate objectives
- Minimum 5 years in leadership role with high-performing successful teams including goal setting and associate performance review responsibilities
- Must have an understanding of the entire World platform (P&C Employee Benefits Retirement Plans Wholesale and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
- Committed to working in a shared leadership environment and among cross-functional teams and promoting World values of collaboration excellence leadership innovation and integrity
Forms of Compensation:
As a World Insurance Market Leader your compensation is tied to your effort and your performance. We offer a generous base salary plus bonus potential as well as a full suite of employee benefits including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary depends on your experience.
