Role Summary:

We are seeking a Prompt Automation Lead to design implement and scale GenAI driven automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Engineering & Automation Leadership

Design test fine tune and version high precision prompts for multiple GenAI use cases

AWS & Python Engineering

Build orchestration pipelines using Python and AWS services such as Lambda S3 SNS and CloudWatch.

Integrate vector search contextual indexing and metadata repositories to improve prompt precision and response accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands on experience with Python for automation and backend services.

Proven experience using LLMs (Claude preferred) for document analysis extraction and structured generation.

Experience with AWS native architectures especially Lambda S3 Bedrock and CloudWatch.

Deep understanding of prompt engineering context injection and response validation techniques.

Experience working with STTM SQL generation data transformation logic or regulatory/statistical documents.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

Familiarity with vector databases indexing and contextual search for GenAI workflows.

Exposure to LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.

Background in data engineering ETL or regulatory reporting platforms.

Experience implementing guardrails reinforcement learning or prompt optimization loops.

Experience:

4-8 years overall with 3 years leading GenAI / automation initiatives
