- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and current clients for Advisor
- Managing Advisors calendar and monitoring emails throughout the day
- Process client service documents with precision and in timely manner
- Input notes into CRM (Redtail) and keep updated
- Ensure Advisor is well-organized and prepared for team and client meetings
- Schedule meetings and prepare necessary paperwork
- Support marketing campaigns and social media through Snappy Kraken
- Manage newsletters tracking new clients gifts and birthdays
- Analyze and create reports for Advisor
- Follow up on outstanding projects and industry specific tasks
What Were Looking For: - Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1-2 years in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience with CRM systems preferred
