Injectable Inspection TL 2nd Shift (Secondment 12-18 Months)

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

In this role you will:

• Lead people technology and financial resources to achieve desired outcomes.

• Recognize and address development needs creating opportunities for colleagues growth.

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures batch records Current Good Manufacturing Practices and plant protocols.

• Lead investigations into equipment failures implement corrective and preventive actions and maintain clear communication to prevent reoccurrence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

• Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 3 years ofexperience; OR a masters degree with more than 1 year of experience;OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high schooldiploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.

• Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated application of process improvement tools.

• Strong people management experience.

• Effective written and oral communication skills.

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities.

Nice-to-Have

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

• Ability to mentor and develop direct reports.

• Ability to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Experience using common AI tools including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices includingrisk management and ethical use.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Job requires sitting standing walking and the ability to type.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Additional hours before/after shift and occasionally work on weekends is sometimes required.
