Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Cleaning all of the corridors elevators terraces restrooms and locker rooms within the Spa
Moving furniture dusting disinfecting polishing fixtures and brass and emptying trash
Vacuuming and shampooing carpets operating wet vac stripping and waxing floors and mopping
Cleaning air vents mirrors and grout
Changing shower curtains and completing detailed tile cleaning in the spa steam rooms and showers
Completing daily assignments within the Spa at The Hotel Hershey
Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
This position requires successful completion and passing of the post-offer employment physical exam.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Must be self-motivated
Able to prioritize multiple tasks
Capable of working alone and being a self-starter
Must possess guest relation skills and a professional image
Must be very detail oriented
Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions
Must be able to operate commercial cleaning equipment listed above

Job Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to:

Proper footwear to be provided by employee
Schedule is 3rd shift: 10:30 pm- 7:00 am; weekends and holidays
This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
