This opportunity is a 5-month fixed-term contract available from April 2026 at our Suresnes site.

The main mission of this position is to ensure the operational management of storage flows at Dijon and Bellanger oversee shipping and transport and coordinate deployment operations with the commercial warehouses from France to Europe including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan daily shipments to the warehouses under your responsibility.
Organize deployment according to product priority needs.
Inform subsidiaries about low stocks imminent shortages and the risks of downgrades or overstocking.
Act as the interface between flow controllers and commercial subsidiaries.
Provide visibility to subsidiaries and carriers on the deployment schedule.
Give instructions to factories and carriers for transports within your scope.
Manage relationships with carriers (continuous improvement managing disputes delays etc.).
Inform your manager and investigate dispute cases.
Alert the departments Key User to any SAP and Manugistics malfunctions.
Pre-invoice transportation (for 23 carriers).
Manage discrepancies and IDocs for blocked flows at the Fauverney warehouse.
Invoice the Fauverney warehouse (pallet and platform billing).
Manage shortages and create donation orders for the Greek subsidiary.

PROFILE

Masters degree in International Transport International Trade or Supply Chain Management.
2 to 3 years of experience including hands-on experience in the field of transport and/or logistics.

Required skills:

Proven experience in the supply chain (transport logistics physical distribution or planning)
Stress management and anticipation are key success factors in this position.
Good level of English
Strong command of Supply Chain information systems (SAP Manugistics)
