Job Summary
Position : Web Designer & Systems Integrator
Work Hours (Client) : 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
Pay Range : $1500- $3000
Location of Search : Philippines ($1500- $2000); (LATAM $2000- $3000)

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Web Designer and Digital Plumber to manage the technical infrastructure of our marketing consultancy. This is not just a creative role; you will be responsible for the end-to-end connectivity of our lead generation funnelfrom WordPress site performance to ensuring data flows seamlessly into our CRM. You are the person who ensures that if a site goes down or an integration breaks it is fixed before it impacts the clients bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Full-cycle WordPress management including launching new sites within 2-week sprints maintaining uptime and implementing light design/UI updates.
- The Plumbing: Building and maintaining the connective tissue between platforms. This includes setting up and troubleshooting Gravity Forms Zapier or Make.
- CRM Integration: Ensuring all lead data captures correctly and maps accurately into Zoho (or niche medical CRMs like Nextech).
- Maintenance: Proactive monitoring of site health security and plugin updates to ensure 24/7 functionality.
- Lead Magnets: Setting up automated delivery systems for digital assets and email signups.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in WordPress development and technical web maintenance.
- Technical Stack: WordPress HTML/XML Gravity Forms Zoho and automation tools (Zapier/Make).
- Bonus Skills: UI/UX design experience and basic graphic design knowledge.
- Mindset: A problem-solver who can leverage tools like ChatGPT for efficiency but relies on deep technical intuition to find root causes.
