Hours:7AM - 3:30PM

What Will I Be Doing

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

  • Teammembermust be able to work and direct personnel in ateam-orientedand safety conscious environment. Safety First expectations include but are not limited to PJHA process Observation process and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Assigned tasks list to include but not limited to sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures

  • This position may require moderate supervision and follow-up.

  • Sanitation and cleaningconsistof washing down shoveling and sweeping cleaning screens with the aid of respirator.

  • Maintain adherence to work schedule and work overtime weekendsholidaysand shifts as.

  • Assistin some maintenancerailroadand groundwork such as (mowing trimminglandscapingand snow removal).

  • Must have working knowledge and be trained to operate the following: skid steer loadersscissors lifts boom lifts forklifts and hand & power tools. Clean screens and wear a respirator.

  • Effectively communicate with supervisor and customer to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations.

  • Maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by demands of the job.

  • Work from elevated areas such as ladders platforms scaffolding etc. utilizing fall protection equipment when required by the job

  • Maintain communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues personnel issues and employee complaints.

  • Work all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job.

  • Perform other work as defined by company and/or customer.

  • Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations policies and procedures.

  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.

  • Communications with all team members toassistthe development ofshort- and long-rangeplanning inassist ofthe companys goals andobjectives

  • Meetphysicalrequirements of the job. Physical requirements of the job will be provided to you prior to employment.

  • Perform assigned tasks in a safety effective and efficient manner.

  • Accurate and timely administrative duties to include but not limited to time accounting and work order completion.

  • Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.

  • Experience: 0-2 years in industrial cleaning desirable

  • Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties

  • Information Ordering The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g. patterns of numbers letters words pictures mathematical operations).
