Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity of becoming part of the store management team by being involved in managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager.
The post holder will be responsible for great customer service working with our fantastic volunteer team. As part of this role you will become a Key Holder and will receive a full management induction program.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer
- Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction.
- Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard.
- Support theShop Manager/Deputy Managerto assist inalways driving great customer service.
- Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand.
Desirable requirements
- Hold a clean Driving Licenceand have access to a car
- Where necessary travel by public transport.
