Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Site Foreman to lead our residential construction projects. If you have a strong background in building services love coordinating teams and take pride in delivering quality work on time this is the role for you.
Job Description:
- Plan coordinate and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
- Manage materials take precise measurements and supervise concrete pours
- Lead and coordinate the site team including technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 510 years experience in building services or residential construction
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
- Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience with site operations and construction workflows
Qualification:
- BTech/ National Diploma in Civil Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
