Office (PMO) plays a central role in ensuring governance coordination and operational
excellence across all customer projects delivered through SAVICs SAP and digital
practices.
Role Overview:
The PMO Executive will support project governance and coordination across delivery
sales HR and finance teams. The role is ideal for MBA Operations graduates eager to work
in a structured enterprise environment with exposure to SAP S/4HANA SAP CRM
Freshdesk and SuccessFactors. The PMO Executive acts as a central communication link
ensuring accurate project tracking resource utilization and timely customer billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between SAP Delivery Managers Sales Managers Accounting and HR
teams for project planning and execution.
Prepare and maintain project status reports dashboards and trackers in alignment
with PMO governance standards.
Support project setup and mapping in SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) module.
Monitor resource allocation and utilization through SuccessFactors and report
staffing requirements.
Track customer billing readiness in coordination with accounting and delivery
teams using S/4HANA Finance & Sales modules.
Support sales-order to project linkage and track project revenue milestones.
Maintain issue logs and change request trackers in Freshdesk and ensure timely
updates from stakeholders.
Assist in monthly management reviews (MMRs) with project performance metrics
and key highlights.
Maintain project records internal approvals and compliance documentation as per
PMO checklist.
Learn and document process flows for continuous improvement across PMO
functions.
Tools & Systems Exposure:
SAP S/4HANA (Project System Sales Procurement Accounting)
SAP CRM and SuccessFactors
Freshdesk Ticketing & Workflow Dashboard
Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Teams for reporting and communication
Key Learning Outcomes:
Hands-on business process understanding of project-based service delivery in an
SAP environment.
Cross-functional exposure to sales delivery finance and HR coordination.
Experience in enterprise governance tools dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Opportunity to grow into Project Coordinator PMO Analyst or Project Manager
roles.
Candidate Profile:
MBA in Operations Management Project Management or Business Administration
(recent graduate or awaiting results).
Strong analytical and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and follow-up ability across multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel (pivot tables data analysis) and
PowerPoint.
Keen interest in enterprise systems and digital process management.
