Job Description:

Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare and manage financial forecasts. Assist in the creation and maintenance of annual budgets for various business units
Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted figures. Identify explain and report variances highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including profitability cost & revenue analysis. Provide clear and actionable insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g. Sales Operations Marketing) to gather key data understand business drivers and offer financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes tools and reporting mechanisms. Look for efficiencies and automation opportunities to enhance the FP&A function.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business planning investment decisions and performance tracking. Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning for business initiatives.

Requirement :

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis reporting and modelling.
Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle challenges head-on.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced changing environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel financial modelling and reporting tools. Familiarity with financial planning tool likeEPM SBO Power BI is an advantage.
