Misiune / Obiective:

Asigurarea eficientei activitatii uzinei din punct de vedere a securitatii si sanatatii in munca.

Responsabilitatile postului:

• Rolul presupune respectarea politicii SSM ROMCIM si a legislatiei locale privind sanatatea si securitatea in munca.
• Ofera suport in identificarea pericolelor si evaluarea riscurilor la locul de munca.
• Contribuie la stabilirea zonelor ce necesita semnalizare si la tipul de semnalizare adecvat.
• Informeaza angajatorul despre deficientele identificate si propune masuri de prevenire.
• Stabileste necesarul de echipamente individuale de protectie conform standardelor si cerintelor legale.
• Participa la cercetarea evenimentelor din fabrica si mentine legatura cu autoritatile din domeniu.
• Monitorizeaza implementarea masurilor dispuse de inspectorii de munca si coordoneaza activitati cu risc ridicat.
• Raporteaza indicatori si situatii SSM catre Grupul ROMCIM si sustine implementarea standardelor si regulilor vitale.
• Organizeaza instruiri participa la audituri interne si externe si monitorizeaza planurile de actiune rezultate.
• Urmareste evolutia legislatiei colaboreaza cu alte uzine ROMCIM si aplica responsabilitatile de PM Mediu si Management Contractanti.

• Capacitatea de lucru in echipa.
• Autonomia: conferind posibilitatea de participare si analiza directa a unui eveniment si de luare a deciziilor pentru situatiile concrete fiind parte componenta a echipei de analiza.
• Capacitatea de analiză și anticipare a incidentelor.
• Abilități de comunicare și colaborare cu echipele procedurilor și normelor SSM.
• Obiectivitate intrasigenta onestitate: sunt cerinte care demonstreaza profesionalismul celor care lucreaza in acest domeniu-orice abatere de la o regula sustinuta de toleranta poate genera un eveniment cu consecinte de ranire.
