Were partnering with a growing staffing firm to hire a Practice Director to lead and scale their Professional Services / IT business unit.
This is a hands-on revenue leadership opportunity for someone who can both:
- Lead and elevate a sales team
- Personally hunt and close new business
If youve built a staffing practice before not just managed one this could be a strong fit.
What Youll Lead
This practice supports highly skilled talent across:
- IT Staffing & Solutions
- Accounting & Finance
- Creative
- HR / Administrative
- Other professional services roles
Youll oversee strategy growth and profitability across these verticals.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategy
- Personally generate new accounts
- Coach and mentor sales producers
- Drive GP growth and EBITA performance
- Build structure and accountability
- Strengthen enterprise client relationships
This is a visible leadership role with real ownership.
What Were Looking For
- 6 years in staffing or professional services
- 3 years in leadership
- Proven history of closing deals
- Experience leading sales teams
- Strong understanding of highly skilled labor markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset
You must still enjoy carrying revenue personally.
Compensation
- Base Bonus tied to practice growth (GP) and EBITA
