Job Summary

Seneca Foods of Montgomery MN a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro is currently seeking a Seasonal Human Resource Assistant to join its team.
Position Summary:
Assists the Human Resource Manager with administrative duties including (but not limited to) staffing training documents and logs; internal and external correspondence; FMLA administration and recordkeeping; and filing / documentation.
Responsibilities:
Assists with Seasonal Staffing support including but not limited to data entry filing orientations reporting training and employee investigations
Provides back-up support for the Human Resource Manager
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word Excel PPT etc.
Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
HR or related education/experience preferred
Starting wage range based on skills abilities and experience from $15.45 to $18.00 per hour.
