Job Responsibilities
- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap.
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making.
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
- Participates in product planning sessions contributes ideas and insights and assists in the execution of product initiatives ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows requirements stories and customer value.
- Support the implementation and review of a forward-looking efficient decision-oriented governance structure and operating models including organization effectiveness financial management team management etc.
- Provide administrative and strategic support to senior management in executing business strategies
- Execute various analysis understand and report key business metrics synthesize information into actionable insights to help solve complex problems and influence business and communicate strategies
- Conduct research on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities to support strategic planning
- Coordinate the creation of special and executive presentations (e.g. town halls senior officers meetings offsites regulatory communications user and business communications etc.)
- Prepare regular reports on business performance including financial metrics operational efficiency and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management project management or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in consulting strategy or business management; experience in product management including OKR and roadmap creation product overviews
- Strong analytical capabilities inquisitive attitude and ability to problem solve data-related questions through quantitative reasoning both independently and through collaboration with business partners
- Highly effective organizational and project management skillsstrong attention-to-detail independent self-motivatedwith ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to build relationships andeffectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions locations and business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Comfortable working with executive management
- Strong Communication skills: written oral presentations
- Experience with product efficiency reporting a plus
